Shashthi (“the App”) is operated by Shashthi (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our educational tools, study planner, learning roadmaps, job board, and news feed.

• Account Data: Name, Email, Password (encrypted), Profile Picture (optional)
• Educational/Planner Data: Study schedules, Progress, Topics, Quiz results, Career goals
• Usage Data: Device ID, IP, OS, App activity, Session details
• Content Interaction: Articles viewed, Job posts clicked, Search queries
• Job Application Data: Resume/CV, Education/Experience, Application history

We collect these to deliver personalized study experiences, improve performance, and support app functionality.

2. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Service Providers / Analytics: To analyze app performance (e.g., Google Firebase, Amplitude).
• Advertising Partners: To serve contextual, non-personalized ads. No educational data is used for ads.
• Job Providers / Employers: To transmit job applications you initiate.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect rights and safety.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data as long as your account remains active. Usage Data is retained for up to 24 months. You may request deletion anytime by emailing theshashthi@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.

4. Children’s Privacy

Shashthi is for users aged 13+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents who believe a child has provided data should contact us immediately at theshashthi@gmail.com.

We use HTTPS encryption, secure storage, and access control to protect user data. However, no method is 100% secure.
